The ultrasonic converter contains four piezoelectric ceramic discs between two metal blocks. And A thin metal plate is between each ceramic disc, the metal plate can form the electrode. Via the electrodes, A sinusoidal electrical signal fed to the transducer, the discs will expand and contract and produce axial vibrations. The piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics realizes the mutual conversion of electrical energy and mechanical energy (acoustic vibration), and the device is amplified by the acoustic impedance matching front and rear radiation cover blocks.

Usually, we don't limit a MOQ for testing, just decide the QTY by yourself.

Usually, we have some stock for trial or small orders, so we could deliver them within 7 days. While we need 15-60 days for large orders and customized production lines.
1-2 units we could send by EXPRESS(DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,EMS),heavyweight more than 50kg, we suggest to use sea freight LCL or by air
3. What's the warranty of your products?
One year Warranty for machines and 3 months warranty for tooling if it is not damaged by wrong operation.
During warranty period, our factory will be responsible for repairing it for free or send the new parts to the customer to replace the broken parts for free. After the warranty time, our factory will repair it or send the new parts with charge at the cost price.
